Overview
Service robots arrive with generic software. Our client needed a guide and reception robot that speaks to their visitors, in their languages, about their venue.
We developed a custom application on top of the OrionStar platform SDK.
The Challenge
Visitors expect fast, natural interaction — in Kazakh, Russian and English.
Staff without technical background must be able to update content and routes.
Our Approach
Designed a touch-and-voice interface around the venue's most common visitor questions.
Integrated guided tours with the robot's navigation, so it can walk visitors to rooms and points of interest.
Added a simple content panel for staff to edit text, media and tour stops.
Results
- Robot deployed for daily visitor reception (placeholder — add venue and numbers)
- Trilingual interface and staff-editable content
